directions:
1. Squeeze fresh lemon juice into a cup.
2. Add water to the cup, and adjust the amount according to your preference.
3. Add a pinch of cayenne pepper or a teaspoon of honey if desired.
4. Drink this lemon water first thing in the morning on an empty stomach to get the detoxifying effect.
Remember, to get quick and effective results, you must maintain a healthy diet and exercise regularly targeting the abdominal muscles twice a week, while jogging for at least 15 minutes before doing abdominal exercises, and this for at least 4 to 7 consecutive weeks.
